In 2018 motor and sail drive service have had their turn. The engine is equipped with an Autoprop screw. This screw has a variable pitch and is therefore particularly efficient. Advantages of the Autoprop: you sail faster at the same speed or at the same speed at the lower speed forwards and backwards the same performance - you can really get motor sails (sailing simply provides more flow and thus greater speed) - your consumption is up to 60% lower at cruising speed. your range up to 60% bigger - you can largely determine your wheel operation yourself with the throttle (source: https://www.bomarine.net/32-producten/autoprop.html)
