The design is Germanischer Lloyd approved. A stability booklet, about the self-directional ability of the yacht, is also available.
A hydraulic lift keel with naca profile has been chosen to be able to enter canals and lagoons. In the down position the keel can be secured so that it has the characteristics of a fixed keel and can therefore also be sailed high in the wind.
The double rudders are equipped with a skeg with stainless steel strips to provide protection against collision with floating wood etc.

The saloon has been raised so that you have a nice view all around. The saloon is therefore light and offers the possibility to keep an eye on the surroundings while sailing. In addition, this provides extra space under the floor and benches. The engine and generator are installed under the saloon; low and close to the keel.
The entire floor can be opened and secured. Ideal for inspection and storage.
Fuel tanks are separated from each other to prevent contamination.
Heavy components, such as engine, batteries and tanks are placed under the floor and as close to the keel as possible for good sailing behaviour on sea.

The mast profile and the stay are oversized (10 and 12 mm instead of 8 and 10 mm).
For long crossings, the dingy can be stored folded under the cockpit floor. For shorter crossings the inflated dingy can be taken with the nose on the platform and lifted by the davids. This means that the dingy is not in the way and is still easy to use.
The bow is equipped with a watertight collision bulkhead.
The starting point of the design of this sailboat was that it should be possible to sail comfortably with 2 people, possibly alone. The deck saloon concept makes the saloon light and spacious. The weight should be as low as possible and placed around the keel as much as possible. And when crossing the road, it must be possible to store all items such as the dinghy, outboard motor and the like inside. This boat is suitable for all climates, both tropical and Antarctic. Also suitable for canals and lagoons because of the lifting keel of at least 2 meters. This boat has already proven itself by sailing its crew around the world safely and comfortably in 10 years.
