This Hemmes 10.50 has been used very little and is in very good condition. After construction started in 2006, the yacht was finally completed in 2011. Then, due to circumstances, the yacht has been in the shed for about 6 years. Since 2018 the Hemmes is owned by the current and second owner, who has kept the yacht in very good technical and cosmetic condition.
After the yacht has been completed, it has been given a CE mark with category C.
