We can value your boat
Would you like a overall valuation of your boat, or are you in need of an official valuation? In both cases, we can be of service.
You would like to sell your boat, but you’re not certain what its asking price should be. We will gladly be of assistance by providing insight about this. One of our brokers will join you on the boat for a valuation; what is a realistic asking price and what is the expected selling price? This service is entirely free, if you decide to provide your boat for brokerage.
Do you require an official valuation of your boat? As an EMCI-certified Yachtbroker and Appraiser, we can assist you with this.
An official and accredited valuation might be necessary in the following situations:
- (Re)insurance;
- Divorce;
- In the event of death;
- For financing;
- When selling/buying.
You will receive a valuation report that you can use for these purposes.
The costs of a valuation are:
<12 metres: € 450 incl. VAT (excl. travel expenses)
12 – 15 metres: € 650 incl. VAT (excl. travel expenses)
>15 metres: upon request
Official valuation of your boat
We are EMCI full certified Yachtbroker and Appraiser and therefore authorized to carry out the valuation of your boat. An official and recognized valuation may be required in the following cases:
- With (re)insurance
- in divorce
- upon death
- in financing
- when selling/purchasing
