This beautiful Holterman is an outstanding example of high quality Dutch yacht building. Built with craftsmanship and an eye for detail. Leading designer Pieter Beeldsnijder has drawn the beautiful lines of the yacht. Step aboard this Holterman and you will be convinced of the quality. Start of construction 2007 and in 2009 delivered to her first and current owner.

The yacht is offered to you by the first owner, who has always moored the yacht in her covered boathouse. This means that the yacht has been largely protected from the weather influences during her existence and has therefore been kept in a very good condition. In the autumn of 2018, the underwater hull was treated with a double layer of antifouling.

The exact name of the colour of the hull is Majestic Blue. The superstructure is nicely 'two tone' finisched in a wonderfull Light Grey - Pearl Grey combination.

This Holterman has a beautifully designed interior, executed in beautiful traditional teak in combination with various white panels. Because of the use of teak, the interior exudes class and warmth. However, due to the various white panels, the beautiful large windows and open layout, the interior is very spacious. Nice detail are the light oak floorboards, which give the interior a ship, but a fresh, contemporary character. Everything shows that the interior has been made with the craftsmanship of the shipyard and an eye for detail of the owner, among others. With the individually controllable direct and in-direct ambient lighting throughout the entire interior, you can create the desired type of light for the moment of the day yourself.

The layout of the interior, is extremely comfortable for staying on board the owner, with any guests. In the stern is the spacious owner's cabin, with comfortable bed and ditto closet and storage space. The cabinets are beautifully designed, with recessed teak drawers and in-direct atmospheric lighting. Nice detail, is even the presence of a foldable ironing board, nicely concealed behind a cabinet panel. As befits a beautiful owner's cabin, you will of course find a spacious en-suite washroom, with double sink, spacious shower and toilet.

In the foreship of the yacht, is the beautiful guest cabin, with spacious V-shaped double bed and private en-suite toilet room. For optimal privacy and comfort, there is also a separate shower for guests on board. In this wet room, the Miele washer-dryer is also present; of course nicely concealed in cupboard space.

The yacht is equipped with a remote control for operating engines and propotional bow and stern thrusters. This makes it easy to manoeuvre sideways, diagonally and forwards. The clutches of the engines are equipped with a trolling valve, which is also very quiet and slow to maneuver.

Very complete electronics set, neatly built in on beautifully designed steering position.

The yacht is equipped with an electric folding antenna mast. By folding it, the bridge clearance can be limited to 4.30 metres. The upright antenna bracket over the steering position can also be folded electrically-hydraulically, creating a bridge clearance of approx. 3.45 metres.
