This Bestewind is a solid and seaworthy design. The design offers a large, safe cockpit that lies sheltered behind the pilot house. All rope and halyards can be operated from out of the cockpit, with six nice dimentioned quality winches (2 of which are electric). The remaining deck hardware is also of good quality and well executed, with a.o. Lewmar equipment and high quality stainless steel.
This Bestewind was owned in 2016 by its current and second owner, who has since then invested considerably in the yacht, with various renewals and improvements. In 2017, the underwater hull was fitted with a new 6-layer gelshield system from International.

The Bestewind has a practical pilot house for sheltered navigation. With a bench on starboard and port side, this space is also very suitable as a light and pleasant accommodation above deck level, with all-round views. Because of the custom made, swivelling stainless steel supports, the benches can be adapted to either pilot berths, or seaworthy benches.
Below decks you will find a very tastefully crafted and beautifully finished residence, with spacious pantry and large saloon. You will also find three spacious cabins here. Two large guest cabins with ample storage, toilet-shower accessible from the salon and a beautiful owner's cabin forward with en-suite toilet-shower headcompartment. In 2016 the entire interior has been repainted and all cushions and mattresses have been renewed. Also equipped with new toilets, refrigerator, oven, etcetera.
