The yacht is equipped with a multilayer epoxy system on the underwater hull. The year of construction / hull number is 2007, but this Fan 22 was delivered in 2009 to her first and current owner, with first launch.

You will be surprised when you enter this Fan 22. While these types of yachts are generally finished in a rather spartan way, you will find an attractive and beautifully finished interior in light oak on board the Fan. Furthermore, the Fan is a true wonder in terms of space and has a very practical layout. Furthermore, and quite unique for this size, the yacht even has a separate toilet room, without compromising on interior space.
In the front of the boat there is a comfortable double bed in a V-shape, where you can spend the night. The saloon area is practically laid out, with a large longitudinal sofa on port side and a full kitchen area on starboard: a 2-burner gas stove, with sink and running water! Even the space in the aft ship has been used, where there is a second sleeping possibility under the cockpit. Although not very spacious for two adults, still a good sleeping place for children so the Fan 22 can certainly be used as a family yacht. The saloon couch on port side is large enough to be used as an extra sleeping place.

The yacht is easy to launch on a trailer ramp and because of the mast lowering device easy to rig up by yourself, without the use of a crane.
This Fan 22 is also known under the model Corvette 650. It is a very nice trailer sailor, with a surprising and complete interior. Inside you will find 4 fixed berths, a kitchen area with 2-ring gas hob and sink (including running water) and even an enclosed toilet. The yacht was put into service in 2009 and is still in good condition. She is also equipped with a brand new Yamaha outboard engine. This Fan 22 will be expected in our sales marina shortly.
