Additional information
This classic van de Stadt 45 type Pimpernel concerns a beautifully lined yacht, with good sailing characteristics. The Pimpernel design was originally drawn up to be built in steel. Only a few boats of the design have been built in GRP under the design name Agulhas. The yacht is sturdy built and has a seaworthy center cockpit. With her relatively shallow draft of 1.80 meters she offers large sailing range, whereby the high ballast ratio guarantees good stability. The interior provides a bow cabin in front, with a additional cabin and a head compartment midship. Over the after deck a separte aftercabin is accessible, which offers the possibility of two additional berths, or a nice storage space. This Van de Stadt is offered with a recently overhauled Perkins diesel engine and bow thruster.
