Solid interior from Mahogany, in good condition and finished with beautiful solid moldings. With no limitation for immediate use, the woodwork requires some minor finishing here and there. Custom mattresses and seat cushions are present, but still need to be upholstered.
The interior consists of a cozy round seat in the salon, with a navigation corner to port and access to the sealed off wet room, with pump toilet. From the wet room a large practical storage cupboard is accessible, for storing e.g. sheets, mooring lines and perhaps extra provisions.
To starboard is a large galley, which partly extends into passage under the cockpit bench. Through the passage is the aft cabin accessible, with various closet space, a bench with (folding) writing table and a double bed. In the bow, of course, there is an additional double bed in V-shape.
57 hours after revision (?). Revision under reserve/not demonstrable
Total capacity approximately 200 liters estimated
Also additional ploughshare anchor.

Additional information
Solid and 'no nonsense' sailing yacht with good sailing characteristics, designed by E.G. Van de Stadt. The yacht is privately completed, but has in basic a nice executed interior, with solid framework. Due to circumstances some finishing is still needed here and there, although the yacht is currently fine to use without restriction. Interesting offer to take over this Van de Stadt 36.
